Our Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. You may return any item for refund, credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition, within 120 days. (This policy does not include DVD's, books, mouthguards, gift certificates, custom apparel and awards.) Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.

I did not get a confirmation of my order.
Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your purchase is complete. A confirmation email will be sent to your attention once your order has been processed and again once your order has shipped.
Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder. To ensure the delivery of our emails, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe senders list in your email account management program.

Is this a secure site?

How quickly are orders processed?
Orders placed online are processed within 2 business days. For time sensitive orders, please call our customer service department at 1-800-999-1213.
To make a change to an order placed online please call our customer service department immediately. Outside call center business hours, please forward the confirmation email to email@example.com with what changes you would like to make. A confirmation e-mail will be sent informing you if we were able to update your order or not. Please note, we will make every effort to accommodate your request but it is not guaranteed the change will be made.
When will I be charged?
When submitting your order a pending authorization is placed on your account for the full amount of the order. We only capture (or take) the money when the order ships. If an item is sold out, or on backorder, the pending authorization will fall off and it will be authorized when the item is available.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal via the site. We also accept checks and money orders for phone orders only. For security and fraud prevention purposes, we can only ship to the billing address of the card holder.

Be aware it takes two weeks for the check to clear. Once we have received the check and it clears we will ship your order. For faster processing please send a money order or cashier's check. If your check is returned, it may be collected electronically and you will be assessed a processing fee as allowed by law. Check writer is also responsible for all other check recovery costs, including all attorneys' fees, court costs and taxes.
Gift certificates are paperless and the recipient will receive an e-mail only with the redemption information. No physical certificate is sent. Gift certificates expire 1 year from the purchase date.
Third-Party Gift Cards
We accept prepaid gift cards with the Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo.
To avoid delays in processing your order, please register a billing address for the gift card prior to redemption. Failing to do so could result in funds being placed on hold and delays in processing and shipment of your order.
TITLE MMA is a “real-time inventory” site, which means up-to-the-minute inventory in our warehouse is reflected as you shop the site. When all required product options (size, color, etc.) are selected the availability status of the item will display.
What does "backordered" mean?
"Backordered" means the product has sold out but will be restocked at a later date. Estimated restock date is provided, but it may be subject to change. Each backordered item will remain on your order until it becomes available or it is cancelled by you. Your payment method will be authorized for the total cost of the order, including all backordered items, but you will not be charged until the item ships. If you prefer not to wait, please contact customer service at 1-800-999-1213 and we will be happy to help you select a comparable in stock item.
What does "discontinued" mean?
"Discontinued" means we have sold out of the inventory and will not receive it again. Please select another item. Please contact customer service if you would like assistance selecting a comparable item.

How do you ship?
TITLE MMA generally ships via UPS. All packages are insured. Customers can choose the speed and level of service from a variety of options including ground, two day, next day air and international shipping. Please be aware that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) may be shipped directly by freight carriers in order to allow for timely delivery.
How long does it take to ship?
Orders generally process and ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, excluding on weekends and holidays. Delivery can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time depends on where you are located and the shipping method you select.
Can you rush an order?
Yes, typically we are able to meet all expected needs for a rush order. For time sensitive orders we request you call our customer service department during business hours at 1-800-999-1213.
Can you ship to a military address, APO, AFO, etc?
Yes. Please note that deliveries to military, APO and FPO addresses can take up to 15 business days.
Can you send a purchase out of the country?
Yes. For international shipping online, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout.
International shipping charges DO NOT include customs and duties where applicable. Please note, emails are responded to in the order received and usually responded to within 3 business days.
International orders that include any items currently on backordered status will not ship to the customer until all items in the order have become available.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, such orders will be shipped via USPS. However, due to restrictions imposed by USPS some items may not be shipped to a P.O. (such as heavy bags, etc.)
Additional shipping may apply to your order. If so, you will be contacted prior to the additional fee being charged and at that time other shipping options can be discussed.
Can you ship to another address?
For the protection of the card holder we do ship to the billing address of the credit card. However, if you would like to contact your credit card company to add the shipping address to your account we can ship to the other address once the information has been confirmed. All International orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes which are imposed by your country.
- Once the order is submitted it is placed on hold for further review.
- The purchaser will be contacted via email with the shipping charge and to confirm the recipient is aware that there will be customs and duties due on delivery. This is a charge imposed by your country and this charge is not included in the total price provided by TITLE MMA.
- Your approval is mandatory for the order to be processed and shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, simply fill out this return/exchange form, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. You may return any item for refund, credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition, within 120 days. (This policy does not include DVD's, books, mouthguards, gift certificates, custom apparel and awards.) This return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer). Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for forwarding shipping charges.
Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt. Please allow additional time for processing during the holiday season. A confirmation email will be sent when the return is processed and if exchanging for other items, a confirmation email will be sent when the new order is placed.

California Proposition 65
What is California Proposition 65?
California Proposition 65 (Prop 65) is a California law that requires the state to keep a list of chemicals that the State of California has identified may cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive toxicity. The State of California requires businesses doing business in the State of California to provide a 'reasonable warning' before potentially exposing Californians to the chemicals. California requires all 'persons in the course of doing business' whose products are sold in California to comply with Proposition 65, in addition to federal laws for product safety.
