All orders from the TITLE MMA online store are processed using secure server technology.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
All orders are normally processed within 24 business hours, barring weekends, holidays or other delays.
All packages are insured.
All shipping listed is stated for single item purchases only.
Multiple items may require new shipping calculations.
Some items may require additional shipping charges.
We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder.
Payment Options:
TITLE MMA continually tries to accommodate as many of our customers as possible. We now accept all major credit cards.
Our Check Policy:
Any check payment will cause a one to two week delay for clearing. If your check is returned, it may be collected electronically and you will be assessed a processing fee as allowed by law. Check writer is also responsible for all other check recovery costs, including all attorneys' fees, court costs and taxes.
International Orders:
All International orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes which are imposed by your country. Additional shipping charges may apply. Make sure you provide a phone number or email address with your order. You will be required to confirm your order total before shipping. Orders placed outside the continental U.S., including APO/FPO orders, require additional shipping charges not reflected above. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times. Pricing may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. If you are ordering from any of these areas, you will be contacted prior to delivery if there are discrepancies in prices. Shipping prices may be higher in these areas depending on weight. Our Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy:
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. You may return any item for refund, credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition, within 120 days. (This policy does not include DVD's, books, custom apparel and awards.) Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of the products. Use of products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured nullifies this warranty.
Returns Policy:
If you experience a problem with any of our products, simply fill out the return/exchange form provided on the link below, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. This return/exchange form must accompany all returns. Absolutely NO returns, exchanges or refunds on custom apparel and awards, gift certificates, DVDs or books.

You can use the pre-addressed label on the bottom of the invoice. It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS (it's faster and safer). Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for forwarding shipping charges.
