Shipping Questions

Q: How do you ship?
A: TITLE MMA generally ships via UPS. All packages are insured. Customers can choose the speed and level of service from a variety of options including Ground, Two-Day Delivery, Next-Day Air and International shipping. Please be aware that large equipment orders, such as heavy bags and stands, may be shipped directly by freight carriers in order to allow for timely delivery.

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Orders generally process and ship in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery can vary based on location and shipping option chosen.

Q: Can you rush an order?
A: Yes, typically we are able to meet all expected needs for a rush order. For time-sensitive orders, please call our Customer Service department during business hours at 1-800-999-1213.

Q: Can you ship to a military addresses like APO and AFO?
A: Yes. Please note that deliveries to military, APO and FPO addresses can take up to 15 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. For international shipping online, please be sure to select the international shipping option at the checkout and include a phone number and email address.  All International orders are subject to customs, duties and taxes imposed by the country of delivery.

The International Shipping Process:

  • Once the order is submitted it is placed on hold for further review.
  • The purchaser will be contacted via email with the shipping charge and to confirm the recipient is aware that there will be customs and duties due on delivery. This is a charge imposed by your country and this charge is not included in the total price provided by TITLE MMA.
  • Your approval is mandatory for the order to be processed and shipped.
  • For the protection of the card holder, additional information may be requested for the order to be processed and shipped. You will be contacted via e-mail if additional information is required.

Additional shipping charges may apply. Please provide a phone number or email address with your order. We will be glad to confirm your total before shipping. Orders placed outside the continental U.S., including APO/FPO orders, require additional shipping charges not reflected above. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times. Pricing may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. If you are ordering from any of these areas, you will be contacted prior to delivery if there are discrepancies in rates. Shipping rates may be higher in these areas depending on weight. Customers ordering from Bulgaria, Cameroon, Ghana, Indonesia, Nigeria, Russia or Venezuela must contact customer service to place their order with a money order or wire transfer. Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
A: Yes, and will be shipped via USPS. However, due to restrictions imposed by USPS, some items may not be shipped to a P.O. These would include items such as heavy bags.  Additional shipping may apply to your order. If so, you will be contacted prior to the additional fee being charged. Alternative shipping options may be discussed at that time.

Q: Can you ship to another address?
A: For the protection of the card holder, we only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder. However, if you would like to contact your credit card company to add a shipping address to your account, we can ship to the other address once the information has been confirmed. Please call our Customer Service department during business hours at 1-800-999-1213 for more information.

Returns and Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes, simply fill out this return/exchange form, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. You may return any item for refund, credit or exchange if it is in "resalable" condition, within 120 days. This policy does not include DVD's, books, mouth guards, gift certificates, custom apparel or awards. The return/exchange form must accompany all returns.

It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for returned shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. No credits or refunds for any merchandise more than 120 days after purchase. No credits or refunds for original forwarding shipping charges, including refused packages and shipments.

Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt. Please allow additional time for processing during the holiday season. A confirmation email will be sent when the return is processed and if exchanging for other items, a confirmation email will be sent when the new order is placed.

 

Ordering Questions

Q: What if I have problems placing my order?
A: It's rare, but occasionally we experience technical difficulties. In order to avoid frustration, simply pick up the phone and dial 1-800-999-1213. Our Customer Service representatives are standing by to assist you with your needs during business hours.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
A: Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your transaction is complete. A confirmation email will be sent to your attention once your order has been processed and again once your order has shipped.

Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder. To ensure the delivery of our emails, please add info@titlemma.com to your safe senders list in your email account management program.

Q: Can I fax or mail in an order?
A: Yes, we gladly accept faxed / mail-in orders. For your convenience, please use our order form. The order form is in Adobe® Acrobat® format (Download your free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Q: Is this a secure site?
A: YES. Our orders are processed securely and in compliance with all PCI laws and regulations.

Q: How quickly are orders processed?
A: Orders placed online are processed within 2 business days. For time sensitive orders, please call our Customer Service department at 1-800-999-1213.

To make a change to an order placed online please call our Customer Service department immediately. Outside Call Center business hours, please forward the confirmation email to info@titlemma.com with what changes you would like to make. A confirmation email will be sent informing you if we were able to update your order. Please note, we will make every effort to accommodate your request but it is not guaranteed the change will be made.

Q: When will I be charged?
A: When submitting your order, a pending authorization is placed on your account for the full amount of the order. We only capture, or take, the money when the order ships. If an item is sold out, or on backorder, the pending authorization will fall off and it will be re-authorized when the item is available.

Q:  What payment methods do you accept?
A:  We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal via the website. For security and fraud prevention purposes, we only ship to the billing address of the card holder.  We also accept prepaid gift cards with the Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo.  To avoid delays in processing your order, please register a billing address for the gift card prior to redemption. Failing to do so could result in funds being placed on hold and delays in processing and shipment of your order.

We accept checks and money orders for phone orders only.  Be aware it takes two weeks for the check to clear. Once we have received the check and it clears we will ship your order. For faster processing please send a money order or cashier's check. If your check is returned, it may be collected electronically and you will be assessed a processing fee as allowed by law. Check writer is responsible for all other check recovery costs, including all attorneys' fees, court costs and taxes.

Q:  Can I order a Gift Certificate?
A:  Yes, gift certificates for TITLE MMA are paperless and the recipient will receive an email with the redemption information. No physical certificate is sent. Gift certificates expire 1 year from the purchase date.

 

Product Questions

Q:  Will I know if an item is in stock?
TITLE MMA is a “real-time inventory” site, meaning up-to-the-minute inventory in our warehouse is reflected as you shop the site. When all required product options (size, color, etc.) are selected the availability status of the item will display.

If an item has an availability status of "Backordered" it means the product has sold out but will be restocked at a later date. Estimated restock date is provided, but it may be subject to change. Each backordered item will remain on your order until it becomes available or it is cancelled by you. Your payment method will be authorized for the total cost of the order, including all backordered items, but you will not be charged until the item ships. If you prefer not to wait, please contact customer service at 1-800-999-1213 and they will help you select a comparable in-stock item.

If an item has an availability status of “Discontinued" it means the item has sold out of the inventory and will not be received again. Please select another item. Please contact customer service if you would like assistance selecting a comparable item.

 

Safety and California Proposition 65

Q: What is California Proposition 65?
A: California Proposition 65 (Prop 65) is a California law that requires the state to keep a list of chemicals that the State of California has identified may cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive toxicity. The State of California requires businesses doing business in the State of California to provide a 'reasonable warning' before potentially exposing Californians to the chemicals. California requires all 'persons in the course of doing business' whose products are sold in California to comply with Proposition 65, in addition to federal laws for product safety.

Q: What is the California Proposition 65 warning notice?
A: WARNING: The product(s) and/or packaging in this shipment contains/may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Q: What product categories covered under this warning?
A: There are many commonly used items that fall under the State of California's Prop 65 mandates. Additionally, real properties are subject to California's Prop 65 mandates due to the possibility of hazardous chemicals being present in the nearby environment. Some of the product categories sold in the State of California, and California locations that require California Prop 65 notice include:

Q: What chemical(s) in our product offering does this warning apply to?
A: All equipment, apparel and supplies are made from the most durable and safe materials, in full compliance with federal safety regulations. As there are many chemicals used throughout manufacturing processes our products may contain a trace amount of any of the 850+ chemicals on the California Proposition 65 warning list. Q: Are TITLE MMA products in compliance with federal product safety laws?
A: Yes. Our products are in full compliance with all federal laws for product safety.
