Pros: Ground and Pound
Cons: I would not recommend this bag. Unless you are hanging it, it is incredibly awkward to stand up. Because the limbs are not flexible, there is not much you can do as far as practicing passes and submissions. The uses are very limited. There are better, but more expensive alternatives our there.

Owned For: 1 - 3 months
Pros: Awesome weight and form! Really benefit from having the arms up in front of the head and throat area when doing ground and pound! Makes it much more life like to have the punch through them. Also having to hold them apart with full mount. Legs allow for more realist training also for mounts.
Cons: Slight concern over the arms folds and seams. Can see white treads at the seams but nothing seems to be coming apart.
Comments: Would highly recommend!
