Owned For: Less than a week

Pros: I am an MMA instructor and considered ordering a bunch of these for my students. Ordered 1 punch counter first just to test it. The pros that it does turn on and fits any glove, as promised.

Cons: The deal breaker is it doesn't count punches correctly or at all. Doesn't capture hooks or any roundhouse strikes, only jabs and crosses. Two jabs in a row it counts as 1. If you do 5 fast punches, it counts as 3. On the other hand, punch slower than it likes, and it doesn't register the motion at all. What's the point of a counter if you get wildly ranging counts? The manufacturer needs to upgrade the device with more sensitive electronics that captures the motion correctly. Too cheap to bother returning.
There is no OFF button - which eats the battery, little and round, who knows how fresh if it was sitting in the warehouse for long.

Comments: Save your time, don't bother.
